I Will Always Be Me - The Book That Banks Your Voice
Dell Technologies is best known for its computers, rather than being recognized as an innovative company that partners with business customers on life-changing technologies. So, when Rolls-Royce's head of innovation approached Dell and Intel to create a partnership, they accepted the challenge to help people suffering from motor neurone disease preserve their voices through technology. The insight work and discovery uncovered how, for these patients, losing their voice means losing their identity. To help save people’s identities, we designed a more motivating, empathetic, and faster way to bank and use their voices.
The results spoke for themselves. A 50% increase in people with motor neurone disease holding onto one of the most valuable parts of their identity, their voice. Turning voice banking from an exception to the norm. And changing perceptions around Dell Technologies by increasing brand relevance by 18%,
brand consideration by 21%, and innovation perceptions by 28%.
